Hi !

I get some messages like :

Jul 22 11:21:38 mailserv sendmail[15688]: i6LAXFBV015037: to=<mail@domain.de>, ctladdr=<mail@domain.de> (555/100), delay=22:48:22, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=local, pri=27141078, relay=localhost, dsn=4.0.0, stat=I/O error: Input/output error

Does anybody know this and maybe has a solution ?

I'm using IMSS (Trend Micro) and had to make some changes to the sendmail.cf (actually there are running 2 sendmail daemons).

1 => Sendmail (Port 25)
2 => IMSS (Port 10025)
3 => Sendmail (Port 10026)

Steps :

Incoming Mail on Port 25, Sendmail forwards this to Loopback Port 10025 (IMSS), IMSS checks for malicious code, if clean - IMSS sends to Localhost Port 10026, Sendmail should deliver the mail ..

Problem :

The mail's ( one mentioned above ) are not shown with the "mailq" command .. what else can I do ?

Thanks for any comments !

hi,

seems to be a result of a corrupted configuartion file or mqueue directory ...

anyway, it's solved ...
