Hi All

Anyone know if there is a way to increase the input gain volume on a MICS switch? Let me explain...

We run an Auto-Attendant that uses Dialogic D82 cards and these are interfaced to our MICS thru 8 digital ports. When we receive calls to the AA, there may be times when the caller is speaking too low or their line quality is poor. Hence...our system times out on recording messages, speech-rec, etc. We want to up the volume, at which the calls come in into the AA...just slightly.

Possible with this switch??

TIA,

Pikk

I'm Not sure but I do not think you can change it on the KSU but have you called your CO provider to see if they can boost the signal for your lines.

Alot of voicemails have the ability to increase the levels on there side. Like the Amanda has the ability to change the input gain higher. As well as the Aleen and macrovoice to name a few others that can do that.
