Hi
when a PSTN call comes in user's phone rings but doesn't go into his voice mail box becuase the vm system expects his 10 digits but for him the vm system is getting only the area code and the next 3 digits not his extension..Fro everone else the VM system get the 10 digits. Any idea why this would be happening. For some reason the CS1K is stripping the last 4 digits ie his extension ..Is there any setting in his set programming that limits only to send first 7 digits?. The phone system reads the Display key 15. Thanks in advance.

MCSUSER - I'm not sure that will solve the "Input character color in procomm" issue that this thread is about.
