I'm experiencing a weird problem on a few mialboxes when I go through arcserve to the bricklevel backup. I try to click on the inbox to see the items it contains. I get an hour glass for 5-10 minutes and it displays no items availble. There is nothing wrong with the mialboxes as far being enables etc. It is only happening on about 6 mailboxes. In the logs the follwing message is appearing when I attempt to access the inbox at the brick level

exch_EnumFolder(): WARNING! Exceeded input buffer size=65536, required=75170

Brightstor has an unusual method of displaying the brick level. It snapshots the structure at the time of job creation. After this any changes will result in problems. Try de-selecting all levels in your brick level, collapse the structure, click on another volume (c: drive for example) then expand the brick level and select the mailboxes you want to backup. It might not solve the issue, but it's worth a shot.
