inporting data to GW address directory

Hi,

I want to store some data in our GW address directory but I don't want my GW administrators to be in charge of that. My plan is to export the directory to a NAB file, modify it, and import it back to GW. I've tried and I get duplicated entries. Is there a way to import the NAB file back to GW and have the information upodated? Maybe there's an easier solution for all this?
