iNotest mail returned

I posted this on Notes.net without a response. I am hopeful someone here may have some insight.

We have started using web mail and iNotes for mobile and home users. Whether they are dialed into work or dialed into their own ISP they get something similar to the following error, "Error transferring to mailin-03.mx.AOL.COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 550 REQUESTED ACTION NOT TAKEN: DNS FAILURE". It happens on any domain, not just AOL. If this same message is sent from the client it delivers fine.

Let me know if there is something I should be checking.
