iNotes from CD

I've installed Lotus iNotes Client Services from CD, I've ran n_DOLBASE.exe, n_JAVA_APPLETS.exe n_LOTUS_SCRIPT.exe and n_SEARCH.exe from DOLSCache folder.
Now I want to install a subscription from server but when I do this another iNotes is installed on my computer.
How can I use the iNotes from CD and the application from server?
