is it possible have a way to clean up the Inotes contact by few steps?

I need to clean my inotes contact and my client notes 7.x address book.

and then re-sync a correct one into Inotes contact again.

I'm not sure what you mean by "clean up" your address book.
Here is some info on syncing Notes with iNotes.
