Hi all

In the kernel parameters of a HP-UX 11.0 system I've got the ninode parameter set on 3180 which is much higher than the default formula used based on the number of users etc.
Still I'm getting quite a lot of errors where the maximum has been reached.

I worked out, with the default formulas, for a system with the maxusers defined as 150, the ninode parameter would stand at 1538. I've got more that double that defined, but still get problems.

My options are to increase this parameter some more, but what could be possible reasons for the system using so much?

Thank you
