I am running InoculatIT 6.0 client on a Win95 PC. The user is running a program that allow them to "lock" the terminal and require a password to "unlock" the terminal. The lock-down disables the use of CTRL-ALT-DEL and ALT-TAB. When the user attempts to unlock the terminal they enter a password that is checked against a database on the server. If the password matches then the disabled key combos are to be re-enabled and life goes on.
Every now and then after entering the password the system will hang (hourglass) and the only way to un-hang it is to power the PC off and back on. Whenever realtime monitoring is disabled everything will work OK.
I have filtered out the directory on the network that contains the database to match the password so the engine should not be looking at any of the files in the directory the software runs from.
Any suggestions. Thanks.
