InoculateIT6 -error 200 Server too OverLoaded

Hello All;
Do anyone knows the meaning of the following error message Server too Overloaded to process the request - error code=200".
This message has been appearing on the InoculateIT (master server) event log repeatedly for couple of days now. A reboot of the server did not help. Any idea the cause of this?
Specs:
InoculateIT 6 Advance Ed
Winnt server 4.0 Sp6a
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This happens sometimes on Inoc 6 over NT 4.0 installatios.
Apply Inoc SP2, and also check the discovey method.

We have had this Problem to..
This can be caused e.g. when you have a lot of subnets which you discover to often.
Also when having a lot of branches-> assign Proxy-Servers if possible.
