inoculateit not scanning exch5.5 mailbox w/ items > 1000

I am running exchange 5.5 sp4 (build#2653.23) on an nt4.0-sp6 server. I am running inoculatit workgroup edition version 4.53 (build #619).

Inoculate does not scan certain mailboxes - I think the common element is that the mailboxes have over 1000 items (as listed in Mailbox Resources- total no. items column). Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and if so what the fix is?
