Inoculate IT - Application Log

Has anyone ever seen this message before in the application Log file. I get about 20 of these messages every 5 minutes. I am running Windows NT 4.0 Server SP6 with InoculateIT 6

[event time 06:08:24 08/05/02: event number 74: machine fs_sql: response time 09:02:56 08/05/02] The Job Server started to purge expired logs if there are any.
