InocuLAN Failed to update

Has anyone run into this?
InocuLAN will popup and say that it has been updated on our NT4 Server and all of the PC's will do the same after "downloading" from our server. but the event viewer on the server says "Cheyenne AntieVirus Failed to be automatically updated with (43.23 Virus Signatures for English Intel Platform on Windows NT)

is it updating or not? can anyone help?
