Hi , I have a Cooler Master 430 with 5 12" fans running , I have a Venom heatsink with a 12" fan for cooling. 2 fan's right on top of the heatsink blowing air out , and one at the back of the tower right next to the heatsink blowing air out. One fan blowing cold air onto the GPU+ the GPU has it's own fan, and one blowing onto my HDD, I have a Intel board , 2.8 dual core CPU , 2 GB memory , 500W PSU , My machine just shuts down , I have no clue what it could be , I dual boot between XP and 7 and had the same issues with both , only during game play my machine shuts down , this never happened when I had a home fan blowing into the box -- made in China. and the side cover off.I ran memory tests that passed , The CPU runs at 23 degrees Celsius on idle , not sure when I am playing games. Any assistance would be appreciated

I would guess power supply is weak/dying/not enough power. Game play might send it over the edge when using a lot of graphics horsepower.

Can you try another known good power supply with at least the same power rating as the one you have??

First off, I think you mean 120mm fans, as 12" fans are bigger than this case can support. Second I would also suspect the power supply, this case has a bottom mounted power supply, and it may not get enough room to pull air into the power supply if the fan is also bottom mounted. May have to mount the power supply upside down to get the air flow into the power supply to sufficiently cool it.
