Hi everyone....

I do remote support for my company and I hope im in the right section.. But anyways we do support innovations VM systems. Does anyone have basic instructions on how to reset vm boxes on these types of systems? do they go into a lock status where you have to change it and then set the passcode like other vm systems?

Im just looking for step by step how to reset vm box.... and do you set the password or is there a default code.
