I am having a problem where etrust InnoculateIT 6.0 is shutting down email, print services, Terminal Services, etc. The server has all updateded defs, and I scanned it for possible viruses and found nothing. Does anyone know what could be causing this problem?

Are you excluding the recommend drives on these servers. There are certain drives on Exchange, DC, Radia, etc. that should be excluded from realtime protection. It tends to intefer with the process at hand causing problems. Check Microsofts Knowledge base it has the directories it recommends excluded.
