I have a customer that has a SX200-EL with an InnLite voicemail attached to it. We just started working at this site after it switched owners and there was not a single book or anything left on site about this voicemail. We are now needing to record a new greeting for them and I have tried to search the internet for a manual for this thing. My question is, is there anyone out there that either has the knowledge on this thing to talk me through it a little or does anyone have a link to a manual online??? Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Matt

Finally got some of the documentation. It took a little bit of work but I managed to find it. Thanks for anyone that tried looking already.
