I am using the innerHTML and innerText methods successfully with IE. Will the innerHTML and innerText work with Mozilla (or Netscape 6 or 7). If yes, how is it done?

Thanks in advance, Einstein47

innerText does not work. Use innerHTML in all cases for now. :)

I think there is a way to create the innerText method in mozilla but I'd have to dig deep for that. I'll keep you posted if I find something. Gary Haran

WOW!!! I did a Google search and turned up squat. I bow to your exceptional Goolge prowess. [yoda] <- you

However, on further consideration, I just changed all my innerText references to innerHTML and that worked just fine. I had no need for displaying < , > or &.

I won't say "thanks for nothing", but I do feel that you get a star for hitting my nail on the head (even if I didn't need that nail [borg2] ). Einstein47
