Inner bevel effect in Illustrator?

Sorry if this is a bit of a no brainer question, but I'm more used to Photoshop than Illustrator.

I'm looking to apply an inner bevel effect to some text in Illustrator as I would quite easily in Photoshop. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
