Customer has AutoAttendant which uses Call Routing Mailboxes. When a call is routed per the Dial Action Table 47-13, Caller hears "please hold a moment."
Customer wants this verbal prompt removed. Seems I remember we did this a long time ago but don't remember how it was done. Does anyone know how we can do this, so when a selection is made by the caller, the call is immediately transferred without the verbal response.
We did this on a SL1100 and I believe a Sl2100. Trying to do this on an SV8100
Any help would be appreciated.
