Inline frames

I have put an inline frame on one of my pages. The page containing the frame is an html page. The frame asks me what page I want to show in the frame. I point it to an asp page. Frontpage shows the result from the asp page in the frame correctly, but when I look at it on the Internet, it shows 'Page cannot be displayed' with an HTTP 500 error. If i pul the asp page up by itself through the browser, it shows fine. Any ideas on what is wrong?
