When we installed our CallPilot system, we did not have Name Dialing activated. I found where to check the box to activate it and gave it a prefix (1-1). But when I dial our system and enter 1-1, I get a hang-up. Our old Meridian system had this. Any thoughts where I can begin? Thanks!

You can use the built in directory, press #. You can set it for First, Last, or Both.
