Initiate connection from Cisco VPN 3000 to 3002 hardware client

Is it possible to "initiate" the connection from a Cisco 3000 series concentrator to a 3002 hardware client?

I have this setup (3000 at central office, 3002 at remote location) about to go into production. It seems to work fine during testing but the 3002 always initiates the connection. Is it possible to actively initiate the connection from the central 3000 concentrator?
