Initializing system coordinator mailbox on StarTalk

I have a problem with a StarTalk that I can't find a solution to in the "wonderful" documentation. The software version on the unit is 2.0.4I. The customer has had a personnel change and has a new system coordinator. Is there a way to initialize the system coordinators mailbox so that I can change the spoken name in the directory? The only solution that I can come up with is to default the unit and I really don't want to have to take that step; I don't know if I can find any 5 1/4 floppy disks to back it up on.

Thanks in advance for any help that you can give. There must be a simple solution that I am missing.

Thanks Aragon. I finally got back to the site and it worked great. I guess I got lazy and didn't think past the choices on the LCD on the phone-sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.
