initialize Merlin and Merlin Mail

Is there a way to initialize a Merlin and a Merlin Mail 007 back to default? I would like to just destroy it with a hammer but the customer is asking if I could default it to factory settings. Maybe they want to sell it or reuse it somewhere.

You would need to go in through the serial port, drop to a command prompt, and issue an init command.
