Initialization Fails

This is a SQL 2005 EE install.

I have a SQL Cluster and a Web Server. I installed Reporting services on the SQL Cluster and ran through the configure report server, and i got the new setup initialized.

So now i installed Reporting server on the Web box. I ran through the 'Configure Report Server' and i pointed it to the database on the Cluster and it worked. When I got the the last step to Initialize, it fails.

Anyone ever see this? Any Ideas?
