Monday again bummer!

A quick question that’s probably got a quick and easy answer, well hopefully! How can I stop some user receiving External mail over the IMC. I’m running Exchange 5.5 and I’ve been able to stop some recipients sending external mail by using Delivery Restrictions tab Reject messages from option. One other thing I can’t initialise a block using IP addresses as I’m running DHCP.
