Hopefully someone can give me some direction. When connecting to the citrix server remotely through the web-interface, it takes almost 20 mins for the icons and the desktop to come up. Once connected, it seems to be running fine. We are almost sure it is something that's happening on the server side. The server was way behind on windows updates, so I update service pack 1 and 4, and then ran a defrag. It seems these problems started (coincidentally??) after these updates. Is this perhaps a common problem, and if so, is there a quick fix? Any suggestions are very much appreciated.
