initial Caller ID not display

when client calling to AA
SDN :8384
ACD :2500

Client -> E1PRI -> ACD -> SDN -> PCB -> telephones

telephones display ACD nubmer 2500 not caller ID

how can I setup the callpilot for display initial caller ID?
