Has anyone seen these errors before? I check the switch almost daily and I've seen this error message or a similar message 3 times in the past year. However this is the first time I've had an INI. There was quite some time between the error message and the INI. Just curious as to what may be causing the error because the Nortel doc's really doesn't shed any light, and could it have caused the INI. . Plus as you can see the INI was during MNR..Here's the history file..Thanks

have you checked the standby side? looks like it tried to switch and could not.. make sure you rdun yes
