INI or NOCR after observation TN

Hello

I have a problem.
When I make observation TN in LD 80
ENTC TN TIME_OBSERVATION
when I write GOTR
MERIDIAN make INI or in my TTY send messages NOCR,
but i have make other connection. System working, but i have't login in Meridian system.
This situation is after NO GO. BAD DATA
I make EDD CLR and reboot system.
SYSLOAD was correct.

Seems strange.
Have you got the lastest patches for your PBX?
Have you looked in Nortels patch data base for specific patches for this problem?
