We have a server farm that hosts an application. We currently are experiencing the following issue.
Each time a user makes a connection to the farm (via a pre-configured application set) the connection works fine.

The next time the user tries to connect the following message is displayed - "there are no applications available for the supplied credentials ".

The difference is some of the following files in the ica client folder have been overwritten (appsrv.ini, pn.ini, wfclient.ini, hf5nunhl.ldx, h5nunhl.vl).

If the original files listed above are copied back into the original ica client folder then the problem is resolved - the user can log in again. Each time the user wants to login then these original files have to be copied into the ica client folder.

Can anyone advise why these files are overwritten and how this can be prevented. Are these ica client files and can the update be turned off at the server or at the client?

I don't believe that the update can be turned off, becuase it refreshes the application set when the user logs back in.

When you say preconfigured application set what do you mean?

It could be that some changes to the application set have been made in the data store and that the groups your users have been attached to are no longer allowed to run those apps ?

It will be something like that.
