Hi Experts,

Can you please guide me how to stop inheriting the permission in Livelink.Do i need to do any customization or it's configurable.?

Thanks in advance,

Not sure why you do not want inheritance most of the people working in Livelink basically follows a simple structure that looks somewhat like this
Owner -maximum S,SC,Group-S,SC,PA-S,SC or nothing in assigned access list you will have role groups which somewhat mimics how you want it a group to control administration,a group who can add things, maybe a group for guests. This when inherited wont cause any untoward problem like owner locking other people out etc.
In the LL gui on the Permissions place just near the owner there is a icon that allows you to set the template all at once.It can also be controlled via programming or use of project based templates.
I am not sure of more configuration methods than the setting up correctly your taxonomy and permissions
some links that could probably help....

Well, if I called the wrong number, why did you answer the phone?
