Inherited permissions for Mailbox Rights

For some reason one of my users is listed as having access rights to all my mailboxes, and when I try to remove or amend him I get the error message that this can't be done because the object is inheriting permissions from its parent.

My question is, given that this is an individual as opposed to a group, where the hell is the parent?!

Thanks in advance!
