Inherited ip403 - needing phone manager

Hi guys

I just inherited a ip403 in my new job. i came from an ip500v2 setup, with good file structures. The new place hasnt got good file structure and for the love of money i cant find the USER CD anywhere stored. can i download any version and what do i do about login to sso.avaya.com when i havent the foggiest about login details etc.

You should really get the right version to match the 403 firmware, but we have customers running mismatch to get win 7 support.

If you don't have an SSO then you will need to go via a registered engineer to get you past this.

Speak to your maintenance company, they should be able to help.
