I have a group of users that keeps getting disconnected while in a Citrix environment. If I log into CCC ica sessions are checked to use inherit client config on disconnect/idle. Does anyone know where this is pulled from? The client check his active directory and everything is set to never/never/never. If they walk away from computer it logs them out but if they move mouse it comes right back into where the session disconnected. Hope this makes sense.
