Ingenico eN-Touch 1000 Credit Card Terminal

We have a bunch of these and they have served us well. Ingenico has stopped supporting these units.

I had a defective screen and cannibalized a screen from another unit. In replacing the screen I noticed that there are a couple of pressure switches that cut power when the case is cracked and these need to be reset.

Can anyone supply the jumper/reset method to restore the power to these units?
