Infoview Send to mail for an RTF object not sending

Hi All,

I have a user using the publish wizard to upload a regular RTF object into Infoiew (BOeXi).
I want the publsihing user to select the object then use the "send to" to email out an email with hyperlink to email clients to advise of the posting.

Pubnlsihing the object is all OK. Viwing the objkect in Infoview is all ok.
The propblem is when doing the "Send to" no errors are presented , however no email arrives either.

SMTP is set for th destination server and email can be sent for scheduled crystal RPT jobs.

Whats missing ??? or conflicting here?
Settings, permissions?
