Infoview Query Performance

Hi All,
I am using Business Xi Version (Info view). My Infow view report is taking lot of time to execute. If I run the same Query in SQL plus, the query comes out in no time.
Not only this query is taking time. All the reports I run in infoview takes very much more time than running the same in SQL Plus
Any help on this is very much useful.

How much data is being returned? You should run the queries using SQL Plus from the server. This could be a networking issue.

SQL Plus timings can be very misleading.

Reports in BO will be a bit slower, but not enough to really make a difference.
