Hi All,

Can anybody tell me what function TODAY is calling to get the date?

The problem that I am facing is, I have a infrormix 4 ( :( I know I know) running on RH 6.1.

when I give select TODAY from table_name; it gives me today.

Now we are migrating to RH 8.0, and if I execute the same SQL,

select TODAY from table_name;

I get today + 1.

Can anyone help me in this?

Thanks in Advance.

Check the TZ environment variable.

Hope This Helps, PH.

What is this TZ variable
OK, ask your sysadmin.
TZ stands for Time Zone.

What is the result of SELECT CURRENT ?
Pay attention to the Time part.
