Informix startup error

Hi,

During the online startup received the following error.

** WARNING: Daemon Died ** ------Recovery--

Unable to attach to shared memory.
ISAM error: INFORMIX-OnLine daemon is no longer running

Hi,

is anything more logged in the online.log ???
did you try to start with oninit -v for verbose to see on which part the strtup fails ?

The problem solved, by restoring different level 0 backup.
