Informix IDS 10 - Error while Parameter Initialization

Dear all,

I am installing Informix IDS 10.0
While initializing Parameters i am getting error:
Bad READ/WRITE perms: '/user/informix/data/rootdbchnk'

Please help me.

This points to access rights issue.

chown informix:informix /user/informix/data/rootdbchnk
chmod 660 /user/informix/data/rootdbchnk
