Informix DB conversion to SQL Server 2K

Hey Folks,
I have three informix DB files:
DataDBS.000
LogDBS.000
RootDBS.00
I have no documentation on schemas, procs,etc..
Is there a migration tool in SQL Server 2k (or third party) that will Analyze/Import these into SQL Server 2k for me.
