BUT NO H/W ERROR REPORTED IN VAR/ADM/MESSAGE.
PLEASE SEND ME LIST OF KNOWN BUG IN FC6XD IF ANY ??

We cannot say directly that this is a bug.
Your problem is that you have a down chunk, the number 26.
Check this with onstat -d and verify what kind of
dbspace is using it.
Check with a command dd if you have still access to
the device.
