Informix Backup

I am using Informix 9.4. I have installed Informix Backup Agent(BAB 11). When I try to expand the Informix Golden Platter, I get the security Screen. When I provide the necessary security, I get the message "Agent Entry Point Not Supported".

My Informix DB is up and running
