Informix 9.21 UC5 on solaris 9 with 8GB RAM

When I try to load new databases on SOLARIS 9 SUN V440 8GB RAM( onload ),informix ( 9.21UC5) request more and more virtual segments, and finally crash.

When I repeat this operation on Solaris 9 SUN V440 with 4 GB everything is good

ONCONFIG and /etc/system is the same on two machines

There are some ONCONFIG variable :

SHMBASE=0x0A000000L
SHMVIRTSIZE=262144
SHMADD=65536


Is there any limit about RAM size ?
