Informational Mailbox

CP 150 on a MICS, I tried to add a mailbox but only get the option to add an information mailbox. I know I've seen this before but don't remember what I did to fix it. Any ideas?

you are out of subscriber mailboxes. Need to delete some or add more licenses.

That's what I thought so I deleted two unused subscriber boxes and still get the same thing. I'll try a reboot after hours.

if you loge in using the web browser and add the mail box there the system will tell you how many boxes are left

Yes, it says I have three licenses left.

you should be able to add a subscriber mail box from the web interface
