Hello,

My ISP has set up a frame relay connection to our office, but they haven't given us any documentation. I asked them for documentation and they asked me to specify what I want. Initially I need the fixed IP address, but shouldn't they give me some kind of administration information to login to the device, etc?

Did they install a router? They should have given you an IP address for WAN and LAN with DNS ip's. You need to advise them if you are running NAT.
