Information Store Rights

hi,

we have 2 information stores (A & B)in our exchange 2k domain organization. they're both at different locations connected over vpn with routing group. of course the domain adminstrator has overall admin rights to the entire exchange domain. my question is, is it possible to give someone else admin rights to info. store B without giving him the same rights to info. store A? also i don't want to give him admin rights to windows 2k domain either. if so how can i do it? thanks.

right click the exchange server in system manager and use delegate control.
